La validez de la tarjeta es de un año a partir de la fecha deseada. Para utilizarla, basta con activarla desde el e-mail recibido con este fin: el importe es abonado en la cuenta cliente y propuesto en forma de bono de compra en el espacio "Mi cesta".
¿CÓMO UTILIZAR LA TARJETA REGALO SARENZA?
Debes activar tu tarjeta regalo haciendo clic en el correo electrónico recibido para este propósito. Luego sólo tienes que entrar en nuestra página web con tu dirección de conexión habitual si ya tienes una cuenta en Sarenza o crear tu cuenta en unos clics. La cantidad que te ha sido obsequiada con la Tarjeta regalo será acreditada automáticamente en tu cuenta y será visible en tu cesta como cupón de descuento. Debes simplemente hacer clic en la casilla correspondiente para beneficiarte en tu pedido.
¿CUÁL ES LA DURACIÓN DE LA VALIDEZ DE MI TARJETA REGALO SARENZA?
Tienes un año para activar tu tarjeta regalo Sarenza desde la fecha en la que la recibiste. El cupón de descuento de la tarjeta regalo correspondiente será igualmente válido durante un año desde la fecha en la que recibiste la Tarjeta regalo.

El cupón de descuento correspondiente a tu Tarjeta regalo está en tu cuenta cliente hasta su fecha de expiración, es decir un año desde la fecha de recepción de tu tarjeta regalo. Este cupón aparecerá automáticamente en tu cesta de compra. Para beneficiarte de él sólo tendrás que hacer clic en la casilla correspondiente.
DESEO COMPRAR UN ARTÍCULO CON UN VALOR MAYOR QUE MI CUPÓN DE DESCUENTO, ¿QUÉ DEBO HACER?
Puedes pagar la diferencia entre el valor de la Tarjeta regalo y el valor de tu pedido mediante cualquiera de los métodos de pagos actualmente disponibles en la web de Sarenza.
¿QUÉ PASA SI DEVUELVO UN ARTÍCULO QUE HE PAGADO CON EL BONO DE DESCUENTO DE UNA TARJETA REGALO?
Sarenza te devolverá en prioridad el importe que ha sido pagado de forma adicional y después te reactivará en forma de cupón de descuento el valor correspondiente al importe de la tarjeta regalo inicial.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
