1. Las tarjetas regalo de Zalando las emite Zalando Payments GmbH, una institución de dinero electrónico autorizada en Alemania. Sin embargo, las tarjetas regalo de Zalando no son dinero electrónico.
Las tarjetas regalo de Zalando no son dinero electrónico sino un valor almacenado no regulado. Esto significa que no están supervisadas por ninguna autoridad supervisora competente ni están sujetas a la protección legal para el dinero electrónico. En particular, no tiene derecho a solicitar un reembolso en efectivo.
2. Las tarjetas regalo de Zalando se pueden canjear en www.zalando.es y en la aplicación de Zalando para la compra de productos elegibles, ofrecidos por Zalando SE u otros vendedores ( Zalando Partners). Los bienes y servicios elegibles son productos que influyen en la apariencia de una persona (por ejemplo, ropa, zapatos). Más detalles aquí. Una tarjeta regalo de Zalando no se puede utilizar para comprar otra tarjeta regalo de Zalando.
3. Las tarjetas regalo de Zalando son válidas por un período limitado de 5 años a partir de la fecha de compra. No es posible canjearlas por dinero en efectivo ni obtener un reembolso en caso de pérdida o daño.
4. Las tarjetas regalo de Zalando están limitadas a un valor máximo de 200 € por tarjeta y de 200 € por compra. Se pueden utilizar varias tarjetas regalo de Zalando en una misma compra, hasta un importe máximo de 200 €. Cualquier importe restante que quede en sus tarjetas regalo de Zalando se puede utilizar para futuras compras. En un mes natural se puede canjear un máximo de 5000 € en tarjetas regalo. El valor máximo en tarjetas regalo que se puede vincular a su cuenta de cliente por mes natural está limitado a 5000 €.
5. La tarjetas regalo de Zalando normalmente se activan dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la compra.
6. Las tarjetas regalo de Zalando solo se pueden utilizar antes de realizar el pedido y no de forma retroactiva.
7. Si cancela su pedido o devuelve productos para los que canjeó una tarjeta regalo de Zalando, el importe pagado se reembolsará a su tarjeta regalo de Zalando y estará disponible para futuras compras. Si devuelve productos que se pagaron parcialmente con una tarjeta regalo de Zalando, el precio de compra se devolverá primero a la tarjeta regalo de Zalando y, si procede, cualquier importe restante se reembolsará al otro método de pago utilizado.
