La tarjeta regalo y/o los códigos promocionales se pueden canjear por compras en todas las tiendas físicas de Bijou Brigitte y en nuestra tienda online www.bijou-brigitte.com/es/.
No se puede utilizar más de una tarjeta regalo o código promocional al hacer un pedido online. No es posible la combinación con códigos de descuento.
Para canjear la tarjeta regalo en la tienda online necesitas el número de vale que figura en el reverso de tu tarjeta regalo, así como el número de verificación, que puedes rascar fácilmente. A continuación, introduce el número del vale, incluido el número de verificación, en el campo del código de descuento en la caja y la tarjeta regalo se canjeará.
Para canjear los códigos promocionales en la tienda online española, introduce el código en el campo de código de descuento antes de completar el pedido.
El saldo de la tarjeta regalo o del código promocional disponible en el momento del canje puede utilizarse total o parcialmente para el pedido actual y se descontará automáticamente del valor del pedido. Si hay un saldo restante que no está cubierto por el valor de la tarjeta regalo/código promocional, puedes liquidarlo con el método de pago de tu elección. El saldo restante se mantendrá y podrá utilizarse hasta su fecha de caducidad. El saldo de la tarjeta regalo/código promocional no puede cambiarse por dinero en efectivo. El saldo restante no se reembolsará en efectivo. La tarjeta regalo/código promocional no puede utilizarse para comprar otras tarjetas regalo/códigos promocionales.
Si has utilizado la devolución en tienda para artículos que pagaste en su totalidad con nuestra tarjeta regalo/nuestro código promocional, se te reembolsará el valor de la devolución en forma de una nueva tarjeta regalo. Si has utilizado otro medio de pago además de la tarjeta regalo al realizar la compra, el reembolso se realizará en la tienda preferentemente en efectivo o, si lo deseas, también en forma de tarjeta regalo.
Las tarjetas regalo y/o los códigos promocionales son válidos durante tres años a partir de la fecha de compra. Una vez transcurrido este periodo, las tarjetas regalo/los códigos promocionales ya no podrán utilizarse como medio de pago con nosotros y el saldo restante se perderá.
En caso de pérdida, robo o daño, la tarjeta regalo o el código promocional y cualquier saldo restante no serán reembolsados. Tenemos derecho a pagar al respectivo titular de la tarjeta regalo/código promocional de forma totalmente voluntaria. No nos hacemos responsables de las pérdidas que sufras como consecuencia de compras no autorizadas realizadas con tu tarjeta regalo/código promocional.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
