DURACIÓN DE LA VALIDEZ DE LA TARJETA REGALO ELECTRÓNICA
La TARJETA REGALO ELECTRÓNICA tiene una validez de 365 días. A partir de la fecha de caducidad, las TARJETAS REGALO ELECTRÓNICAS se cancelan y el saldo no utilizado se pierde. En el CHEQUE REGALO figura la fecha de caducidad.
USO DE LA TARJETA REGALO ELECTRÓNICA POR UN BENEFICIARIO
El uso de la TARJETA REGALO ELECTRÓNICA como título de pago se basa en el uso del código impreso en el CHEQUE REGALO correspondiente. El BENEFICIARIO se compromete a tomar todas las medidas pertinentes para asegurar la seguridad y la confidencialidad de este código. El COMERCIANTE no se hará responsable en caso de pérdida del soporte con su código o del uso fraudulento de dicho código. En caso de pérdida del soporte electrónico del CHEQUE REGALO, el BENEFICIARIO deberá ponerse en contacto con el INICIADOR para obtener una nueva copia electrónica. Si el INICIADOR es el que ha perdido el soporte electrónico (debido, por ejemplo, a que se ha eliminado el mensaje de correo electrónico que lo contenía), el INICIADOR podrá recibir una copia electrónica. Para ello, deberá solicitarla mediante el enlace de contacto que aparece en la parte inferior de la página del SITIO WEB. En este caso, se reenviará la copia electrónica a la dirección de correo del INICIADOR que inicialmente haya realizado la compra. En ningún caso se podrá obtener una reedición del CHEQUE REGALO, es decir, un código nuevo.
Las Condiciones Generales de Venta definidas por el COMERCIANTE y las garantías asociadas se aplican de pleno derecho a las compras efectuadas utilizando el saldo disponible en la TARJETA REGALO ELECTRÓNICA. De la misma forma:

En caso de no tener suficiente saldo en la TARJETA REGALO ELECTRÓNICA para cubrir un pedido en línea, se solicitará un pago complementario en el mismo momento para poder finalizar el pedido.
La TARJETA REGALO ELECTRÓNICA se puede utilizar varias veces. Si, tras un pedido, queda saldo en la TARJETA REGALO ELECTRÓNICA, este saldo será válido para efectuar un pedido posterior dentro del límite de la fecha de validez de la TARJETA REGALO ELECTRÓNICA indicada en el soporte.
Si, tras un pedido pagado con una TARJETA REGALO ELECTRÓNICA en el sitio web del COMERCIANTE, se devuelven los artículos o se anula el pedido, se abonará el crédito en la TARJETA REGALO ELECTRÓNICA utilizada para el pago y se podrá utilizar para una nueva compra

Los BONOS REGALO no se pueden reembolsar, revender, ceder a cambio de una compensación ni cambiar por dinero en metálico
