¿Cómo se canjea la tarjeta regalo?
Para canjear la tarjeta regalo, el dueño de la misma deberá acceder a su cuenta en Logitravel e importarla en la sección Monedero. En caso de no tener cuenta en Logitravel, deberá abrirse una. Una vez logueado, cuando llegue a la página de pago de la reserva, le aparecerá el importe de su monedero como método de pago posible.
¿Qué pasa si se quiere reservar algo más caro?
El dueño de la tarjeta regalo podrá usar el saldo disponible para esa reserva y añadir el importe restante a través de otro método de pago.
¿Qué pasa si se quiere reservar algo más barato?
El saldo no gastado quedará abierto en su sección Monedero para usar en futuras compras.
¿Son nominativas las tarjetas?
Sí, las tarjetas son nominativas. Una vez se haya canjeado en la cuenta de un usuario, sólo este usuario tendrá acceso al importe de la tarjeta regalo para abonar reservas.
¿Se pueden cancelar o modificar?
Una vez la tarjeta regalo ha sido configurada y adquirida, ya no es posible cancelarla ni modificarla.
¿A qué viajes da acceso?
Con el saldo de la tarjeta regalo se puede adquirir cualquier producto y viaje ofrecido en la página de Logitravel. Desde paquetes, a hoteles, cruceros, circuitos, etc.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
