La cuenta de la Tarjeta regalo está disponible en la moneda de curso legal del país donde se emite.
No se admiten cargas o recargas de la tarjeta que pudieran situar el saldo disponible en más de 1.000€.
La Tarjeta regalo es anónima, no nominativa y transferible.
La emisión, carga o recarga de la tarjeta no conlleva gasto ni pago alguno para el solicitante o el portador distinto de las cantidades que sean objeto de carga o recarga en la misma.
Las tarjetas regalo , en cualquiera de sus formatos, no son canjeables por su valor en efectivo y/u otros medios de pago, ni su saldo será reembolsable en ningún caso. Solo es válida para productos en stock de MediaMarkt.
El saldo de la cuenta de la Tarjeta regalo no devengará interés.
La Tarjeta regalo no será válida una vez transcurridos 60 días naturales consecutivos con un saldo 0 en la cuenta.
Cuida esta tarjeta como si fuera dinero efectivo. En caso de robo o pérdida, no será sustituida, ni el saldo reembolsado. MediaMarkt no es responsable de las tarjetas perdidas o robadas.
Con cada recarga realizada en la tarjeta del cliente le será entregado un ticket-resguardo de recarga. El único medio de prueba admitido para cualquier reclamación del cliente, en especial relativas a recargas, será la presentación del ticket-resguardo de la correspondiente recarga.No se cursará ninguna reclamación derivada del uso de la tarjeta sin la presentación de la misma.
Las devoluciones de artículos cuyo precio haya sido pagado mediante tarjeta regalo, se harán efectivas mediante entrega al cliente de una tarjeta regalo por el importe que proceda o mediante entrega o carga en tarjeta del mismo importe; a elección del establecimiento.
El saldo de la tarjeta puede ser usado para el pago total o parcial de los productos adquiridos en las tiendas MediaMarkt.
En las compras de productos cuyo pago se realice total o parcialmente mediante la tarjeta, se observarán las Condiciones Generales establecidas para cada caso en función del producto, modalidad de venta u oferta que resulten de aplicación. Las presentes Condiciones no sustituyen a las anteriores y su ámbito se limita a la regulación del medio de pago empleado.
La tarjeta regalo puede utilizarse tantas veces como se desee hasta agotar el importe total de la misma.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
