La tarjeta regalo (la Giftcard) es propiedad de su emisor (en adelante, PULL&BEAR), cuya identidad consta en la propia Gifcard física o en el e-mail de envío de la eGiftcard, siendo su portador un mero depositario de la misma.
La Giftcard permite comprar cualquier artículo a la venta en las tiendas PULL&BEAR o en PULLANDBEAR.COM. La Giftcard no se puede utilizar en tiendas de un país diferente o en la web PULLANDBEAR.COM para otro país.
El saldo de la Giftcard no podrá reembolsarse ni canjearse por dinero.
Para su uso, la Giftcard adquirida en PULLANDBEAR.COM deberá activarse siguiendo el procedimiento indicado en PULLANDBEAR.COM o en el tique de compra que se enviará junto con la Giftcard.
La Giftcard puede usarse tantas veces como se desee hasta que se agote el importe total por el que ha sido emitida.
El saldo disponible en la Giftcard en cada momento es la diferencia entre el saldo disponible en el momento inmediatamente anterior a realizar una compra y el importe correspondiente utilizado para el pago de tal compra. Si la compra excede el saldo disponible en la Giftcard, la diferencia podrá pagarse a través de cualquier forma de pago aceptada en las tiendas PULL&BEAR o en PULLANDBEAR.COM, según sea el caso.
El saldo disponible aparecerá cada vez que se realice una compra con la Giftcard en el recibo, en caso de compra en una de las tiendas PULL&BEAR o en la información facilitada al realizar un pedido, en caso de compra en PULLANDBEAR.COM. Se podrá consultar el saldo disponible en la Giftcard en las tiendas PULL&BEAR y en PULLANDBEAR.COM. Salvo prueba en contrario, el saldo disponible en la Giftcard en cada momento será el que determine la caja utilizada en las tiendas PULL&BEAR o el determinado a través de consulta en PULLANDBEAR.COM.
Los productos adquiridos con la Giftcard en las tiendas PULL&BEAR están sujetos a la misma política de cambios y devoluciones que el resto de productos comprados en dichas tiendas. Por su parte, los productos adquiridos con la Giftcard en PULLANDBEAR.COM están sujetos a la política de cambios y devoluciones de dicha página web.
La Giftcard es un documento al portador. La responsabilidad del uso y custodia de la Giftcard corresponde exclusivamente a su tenedor. No se reemplazará la Giftcard en caso de robo, pérdida, extravío o deterioro, si bien PULL&BEAR se reserva el derecho a reemplazar la Giftcard en caso de cambio de formato de la misma.
La Giftcard obtenida de forma ilícita será nula, no podrá utilizarse para la compra de bienes y su importe no será rembolsado.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
