¿Qué es una Tarjeta Regalo Treatwell?
Cada Tarjeta Regalo Treatwell lleva un balance monetario que se puede utilizar para la compra de tratamientos en un centro o en un spa de manera exclusiva en treatwell.es o a través de la App de Treatwell. Las Tarjetas Regalo entregadas por correo electrónico incluyen un código único de 14 dígitos que cuando se introduce antes de realizar la compra, se aplica la reducción en el pedido total.
¿Cuándo puedo gastar mi Tarjeta Regalo?
Las Tarjetas Regalo son válidas para reservas online y compras realizadas a través de vales en treatwell.es o a través de la App de Treatwell. Basta con navegar y reservar en uno de los centros que ofrecemos en Madrid y Barcelona.
Las Tarjetas Regalo pueden ser utilizadas como pago completo o parcial para todos los tratamientos que se puedan comprar, pero no se puede utilizar para comprar más Tarjetas Regalo.
Si el tratamiento cuesta más que el valor de la Tarjeta Regalo, puedes pagar el importe adiciona durante el check-out. De la misma manera, si no quieres gastar todo el regalo de una vez, el saldo restante se guardará en tu Monedero de Treatwell.
¿Cómo puedo gastar mi Tarjeta Regalo?
Los destinatarios pueden introducir el código en el campo habilitado en el check-out mientras se realiza la compra. A continuación, les pediremos que creen una cuenta Treatwell para que no se pierda el crédito restante. Clicka aquí para más información sobre los términos y condiciones de reserva.
¿Durante cuánto tiempo mi Tarjeta Regalo será válida?
El saldo de tu Tarjeta Regalo tendrá una validez durante doce meses después de la fecha de compra. La fecha exacta de caducidad estará incluida en el email. Si has agregado la Tarjeta a una cuenta, podrás consultar la vigencia al iniciar sesión o visitando la sección Mi Monedero de tu perfil.
¿Cuándo llegará mi Tarjeta Regalo?
Las Tarjetas Regalo enviadas por correo electrónico deberían llegar a tu bandeja de entrada al instante.
Necesito cancelar la compra de mi Tarjeta Regalo, ¿qué debo hacer?
Ofrecemos una política de devolución de 14 días en todas las Tarjetas Regalo, durante este período puedes cancelar tu compra, siempre y cuando, no se haya añadido a una cuenta Treatwell. Así que, si has comprado accidentalmente demasiadas Tarjetas Regalo o no deseas continuar con tu pedido, por favor, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al Cliente [email protected].
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
