Las cantidades distintas a 20, 25, 50 o 100 euros se podrán entregar en varias tarjetas regalo, que sumadas darán el mismo importe.
Tarjetas no acumulables en una misma compra.
La Tarjeta Regalo es un documento al portador. El tenedor de la Tarjeta Regalo será el único responsable de su uso y custodia. En caso de pérdida o robo, la Tarjeta Regalo no se reembolsará ni se canjeará bajo ninguna circunstancia. En dichos supuestos, la presentación del ticket de compra y/o el comprobante de pago de la Tarjeta Regalo no dará derecho al canje o reembolso de la Tarjeta Regalo. En casos de deterioro o manipulación de la Tarjeta Regalo, el personal de las tiendas Mango se reserva expresamente el derecho a su aceptación.
La Tarjeta Regalo otorga exclusivamente a su tenedor la posibilidad de adquirir, en función del saldo existente en la misma, una o varias prendas y/o accesorios que en ese momento estén a la venta en mango.com y en las tiendas de las líneas Mango, incluyendo Mango Outlet (tiendas físicas únicamente), ubicadas en el país de compra de dicha tarjeta. Por tanto, la Tarjeta Regalo no podrá, bajo ninguna circunstancia, ser canjeada por dinero o intercambiada por tarjetas regalo o instrumentos similares (véase abonos, códigos promocionales entre otros) de otros establecimientos comerciales. Además, la Tarjeta Regalo no será válida en las tiendas Mango situadas en grandes almacenes o aeropuertos, ni en Mangooutlet.com. La Tarjeta Regalo podrá ser utilizada única y exclusivamente en el país de compra de la Tarjeta Regalo. En ningún caso podrá utilizarse en un país distinto al de su adquisición.
El valor de la Tarjeta Regalo es el del momento de su activación. La Tarjeta Regalo podrá usarse para efectuar las compras que el tenedor desee hasta que el saldo de la misma esté agotado. El saldo de la Tarjeta Regalo irá disminuyendo a medida que se vaya usando para comprar prendas y/o accesorios en mango.com y/o en las tiendas Mango anteriormente mencionadas. En todo caso, el saldo existente en la Tarjeta Regalo aparecerá reflejado en el ticket de compra y se podrá consultar en mango.com o en cualquiera de las tiendas anteriormente mencionadas
La resolución de cualquier conflicto, disputa o divergencia que pudiere surgir en relación con la Tarjeta Regalo se resolverá de conformidad con lo establecido en la ley española y se someterá a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Barcelona con expresa renuncia a cualquier otro fuero que fuera aplicable.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
