This card can only be redeemed at selected adidas stores in Portugal (adidas Sport Performance, adidas Originals and adidas Outlet) or at adidas.pt. Online, enter the full number shown below the barcode and the 4-digit PIN in the «Cartão oferta» field on the payment page; in store, print the card and hand it in at the till. It can be used in combination with a credit card.
Except where your rights provide otherwise, the card cannot be returned, is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Conditions, participating stores and balance: www.adidas.pt/giftcards.
Validity: three years from the date of purchase.
