Las tarjetas tienen una validez de 6 meses desde el momento de su compra, y pueden ser utilizadas en varios pedidos por el usuario registrado con el email al que se dirigió (en caso de haber introducido un email erróneo, se puede cambiar desde el menú “Cuenta” de la persona que envía la tarjeta, únicamente antes de que el pago haya sido validado por nuestro servicio de Atención al cliente).
La tarjeta regalo es una forma fácil que dispone una persona para darte un regalo por un importe definido, pudiendo elegir por ti mismo el que más te guste en el universo Perfume’s Club. Con ella puedes adquirir el 100% de tu compra o parte de ella, según el importe de tu cesta final.
Validez – Todas las tarjetas regalo tienen una validez de 6 meses desde su compra.
Anulación – Podrás anular su tarjeta regalo una vez comprada, contactando al 902106629 o enviando un email a través de nuestro formulario de consultas.
Funcionamiento – Podrás hacer uso de la tarjeta de regalo 1 vez por compra. Las tarjetas no son acumulables pero sí se pueden canjear con códigos descuento de otras promociones. Para efectuar el pago con tu tarjeta regalo, deberás incluir el código de la tarjeta en la forma de pago y el sistema te avisará de su correcto uso. El sistema también te informará de cualquier incidencia que se haya generado.
Tipo de Cliente – El uso de estas tarjetas está condicionado por el email de la cuenta a la que se ha enviado.
Con cuenta: Los cliente que tengan cuenta podrán ver y utilizar su tarjeta regalo, desde el email con la confirmación del regalo o en su cuenta de usuario perfumesclub.com, según prefieran.
Sin cuenta: Los clientes que no tengan cuenta deberán darse de alta con el email donde han recibido la tarjeta regalo. Una vez creado, podrán acceder a su cuenta para ver las condiciones de la misma.
Activación Tarjeta – La tarjeta regalo se activará de forma manual “por nuestro departamento de gestión de pedido” como máximo dentro de las primeras 24-48 horas, sea cual sea la forma de pago elegida.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
