Terms of use of the Pimkie gift card
Tarjeta virtual: la E-tarjeta regalo se envía gratuitamente por correo electrónico, en forma de correo electrónico con un mensaje personalizado a la Beneficiaria de la E-tarjeta regalo. La Clienta tiene la posibilidad de elegir el momento del envío de la E-tarjeta regalo: el mismo día de su compra, o en cualquier otra fecha dentro de los 6 meses siguientes a la fecha del pedido.
El Beneficiario de una Tarjeta o E-tarjeta regalo puede pagar sus compras en el Sitio web, en las tiendas PIMKIE de España (excepto tiendas asociadas) o en la Aplicación, de una vez o de varias veces, hasta agotar el saldo.
Las ofertas de Tarjetas y de E-tarjetas regalo son válidas mientras las cantidades sean visibles y seleccionables en el Sitio web, todo ello hasta fin de existencias. La Clienta puede cargar la Tarjeta y/o la E-tarjeta regalo con un importe de entre 5 y 999 Euros.
La Tarjeta regalo es válida a partir de su fecha de activación y una E-tarjeta regalo es válida desde la fecha de envío al Beneficiario.
Antes de cualquier tipo de utilización, la Tarjeta regalo debe ser activada en línea por el Beneficiario. Este paso es indispensable y no puede realizarse en la tienda. Para ello, el Beneficiario debe entrar en la página de activación en línea (enlace hacia la página de activación) e introducir el número de la Tarjeta regalo, así como su dirección de correo electrónico. El Beneficiario recibirá entonces un correo electrónico un enlace de activación sobre el que deberá hacer clic para activar la Tarjeta.
La E-tarjeta regalo no necesita activación antes de su utilización.
Si el importe de sus compras es superior al importe disponible de su Tarjeta o E-tarjeta regalo, puede completar su pago mediante el medio de pago de su elección. A tener en cuenta: La Tarjeta y/o E-tarjeta regalo no puede utilizarse para comprar otra Tarjeta o E-tarjeta regalo.
La información relacionada con el saldo disponible de la Tarjeta y de la E-tarjeta regalo puede consultarse en el Sitio web mediante la página «consultar mi saldo» en el apartado «Tarjetas regalo», o haciendo clic aquí (enlace hacia la página para consultar mi saldo), y en todas las tiendas PIMKIE de d’España (excepto tiendas asociadas). Salvo que se pruebe lo contrario, el saldo disponible en un momento dado será el que indique el lector de tarjeta utilizado en las tiendas PIMKIE, o el indicado al consultar el Sitio web.
Las Tarjetas y las E-tarjetas no serán objeto de ningún tipo de reembolso ni devolución de efectivo, tanto para la Clienta como para la Beneficiaria. En caso de pérdida o robo, no podrán cambiarse, ni reembolsarse y el importe que esté todavía disponible se perderá. No pueden ser objeto de ninguna oposición. La tarjeta y la E-tarjeta regalo no pueden ser recargadas ni reeditarse.
La tarjeta y la E-tarjeta regalo son exclusivamente válidas en España para la compra de productos en venta en todas las tiendas PIMKIE, en el Sitio web o en la Aplicación.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
