Can only be used by people aged 18 or over with an adult PSN account registered in PORTUGAL. To use it, sign in to PSN (or create an account at playstation.com), go to 'Redeem Codes' in PS Store and enter the 12-digit code. Cards can be combined and each code can only be redeemed once, for the full value.
It cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or otherwise exchanged, and it is not replaced in the event of loss, theft or damage. Requires a compatible system and an Internet connection.
